Had an awesome stay, the hotel is simple.
The hotel was clean and staff were all affable and welcoming. The room I had was extremely spacious with a continental breakfast and microwaves, for example. The location was great and good for walking around Lummus Park Beach. I greatly enjoyed the venue!

We really enjoyed rooms with 2 beds. Everywhere there was clean. The location was magnificent and amazing - just 5 minutes' walk from Miami Beach Convention Center. Also, the area was family friendly.
I needed amenities, but they didn't have it.

The hotel was clean, and I greatly enjoyed a great and good location. Got extremely spacious room with microwaves and a continental breakfast, for example - always come in handy.

The rooms were both amazing, big size, complete with a continental breakfast and microwaves, as example. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Miami Beach Convention Center.
Some of the staff were very rude.

The beds were cozy, and the AC worked well for a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to the beach made it convenient for beachgoers. The helpful desk staff ensured a smooth check-in process and offered assistance with parking. The hot water in the apartment was reliable, providing a pleasant shower experience.

Nothing .not clean .old .. even when we checked out they refused to leave our bags with them for a while .. I dont know what they will offer more
